3. They will rest in our state-of-the-art facilities

Once in our expert care, every person receives the respect and dignity they deserve, to the highest standards. Our facilities are designed to ensure your loved one is cared for properly until the day of the cremation. You can have complete peace of mind that they are in safe hands.

4. We carry out a dignified cremation

We transport your loved one to the crematorium, on a date confirmed with you, to perform the cremation. Our compassionate team bows before the cremation, as a mark of respect for the person in their care. We'll let you know once the cremation has taken place.

5. We hand-deliver the ashes back to you

The ashes are placed into a proper urn and delivered to you personally — because this final step matters just as much as every step before it.
