Where to register a death in Sheffield

For deaths within the city of Sheffield, you will register at Sheffield Register Office, Sheffield Town Hall, Pinstone Street, Sheffield S1 2HH. Appointments can be booked through Sheffield City Council.

If your loved one died away from home, you can register in the district where they died, or make a declaration at another office.
