To say thank you for choosing Britain’s favourite funeral plan, you’ll be able to choose your preferred Gift Card, from a selection of well-loved brands such as Argos, Sainsbury's and M&S.
- The Promoter is Pure Cremation Funeral Planning Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 09906976), whose registered office is at Charlton Park Crematorium, Andover, Hampshire, SP11 0TA.
- This promotion is managed on the Promoter’s behalf by The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited (“MLP”), (Company number 06467245), whose registered office is at The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire, United Kingdom, WA4 4PG. MLP are, as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679), the Data Processor and Pure Cremation Funeral Planning Limited will be required to pass some of your personal information to The Marketing Lounge Partnership to fulfil the Offer. By accepting the Offer, you agree to give consent for this information to be shared.
- Qualifying customers who purchase a Pure Cremation funeral plan direct with Pure Cremation will be eligible to receive a free gift card, from a choice of one of either Boots, Argos, Iceland, M&S or Sainsbury's (the "Gift").
- Your plan must be active for 3 months before becoming eligible to choose your Gift. If the plan is cancelled within 3 months of purchase, the customer will no longer be eligible for the Gift.
- The Offer may be fulfilled either offline or online depending on the details provided. If the customer provided an email address when purchasing the plan, then the Offer will be fulfilled online. If a postal address was the only contact information provided, then the Offer will be fulfilled offline.
- Eligible customers will receive a ‘How to Claim’ communication within 15 days of their plan passing the eligible 3-month period, which will include offer details, such as gift information and how to claim the Gift.
- For offline fulfilment, customers will receive a posted ‘How to Claim’ letter, which contains a tear-off claim form at the bottom, allowing the eligible customer to tick which Gift they would like (“Offline Claim Form”). It is the customer’s responsibility to return the completed Offline Claim Form to MLP, via the freepost mailing address, which will be detailed on the Offline Claim Form. Eligible customers will be required to provide and utilise their own envelope. Offline customers can expect to receive their Gift via post within 14 days of returning the completed Offline Claim Form to MLP.
- For online fulfilment, customers will receive a How to Claim email directing them to a claim website hosted by MLP, where they will be prompted to select which Gift they would like. Online customers can expect to receive their Gift via email within 14 days of selecting their chosen Gift.
- You will have 30 days to choose your preferred Gift from the date the How to Claim communication is sent.
- Validity periods relating to the time you have to use your gift will depend on the gift option you choose and this will be available at the point of choosing your preferred gift. The exact expiry date of your Gift will be presented when your Gift is issued to you.
- We reserve the right to change the gift card supplier at our discretion but we will endeavour to keep the gift card equivalent so that is can be used for purchases at the same (or equivalent) retailers.
- We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time. Any amendments to our terms and conditions will be published on this page.
- We reserve the right to withdraw the offer of the free gift to any person we believe has attempted to obtain by fraudulent means.
- The gift card cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
- Customers must follow the offer instructions to be eligible for their gift card. For example, if we ask a customer to quote a promotion code when calling, that promotion code must be given, otherwise the customer will not be eligible for the gift.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
