Our serene and beautiful venue

Since December 2018 our unattended direct cremations take place at our very own crematorium.  This means we can offer unrivalled continuity of care - from the first phone call to the hand delivery or scattering of the ashes.

Say a more personal goodbye - where, when and how you choose

Quality care every step of the way

Our own carefully trained people look after you and your loved one from the first telephone call through to the hand delivery of the ashes.

We designed, built and operate Charlton Park Crematorium, in Hampshire, to ensure seamless and consistent care. This is where clients from England and Wales are cared for and their unattended cremations take place.

If your family would like a more local cremation venue we offer an attended committal using carefully selected partner venues. There is a £250 additional charge for this option which allows up to 12 people quiet time in the ceremonial space with some of their favourite music playing. (Some restrictions apply.) Committals at other venues are only available 9am Mon – Fri - for an extra £400.

Follow the links for information about how we care for clients from Scotland .

You can ask us about anything that matters to you. We want you to have complete confidence in the care your loved one receives, the identity of the ashes that are returned and even how we manage our impact on the planet.

Every step of your loved one's journey is carefully recorded via a hospital-standard system. This means we can always give you accurate information about their care and present location.

We use a ceramic token to confirm the identity of each set of ashes. This token is presented within the biodegradable ashes container so you can be sure the correct ashes have been returned to you.

We use the latest cremation and filtration equipment to ensure that the air emitted from our crematorium is extremely clean. We’ve chosen a cellulose ashes container instead of using plastic urns and we consider the way we consume and conserve energy throughout the business. Carbon Footprint Report 2020

You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers.

Pure Cremation Group is proud to serve the whole of England and Wales from its base at Charlton Park Crematorium in Hampshire. We serve Scotland from our office in Glasgow.

We always send our own staff to look after each client, whether that’s on our doorstep or several hundred miles away. You will be given a realistic time of arrival and all the advice you need to know that your loved one is in good hands, right from the first phone call.

Unattended cremations for clients who pass away in England or Wales will take place at Charlton Park Crematorium.

Cremations for clients who pass away in Scotland will take place at Clyde Coast and Garnock Valley Crematorium or The Hurlet Crematorium.

Yes. We do this quite often.

You have the right to change your mind, even if a local funeral home has already brought your loved one into their care.

Just tell the funeral director that you want to instruct Pure Cremation to take over. Ask what they are going to charge for the care delivered so far (we can add this to our bill to keep things simple for you).

We will work with the funeral director for a smooth and professional transfer of care.

Pure Cremation offers an unrivalled continuity of care, from the first phone call to the hand delivery of the ashes. If you pass away in England or Wales, then the unattended cremation will take place at Charlton Park Crematorium, in the Hampshire countryside.

Unattended cremations for people who pass away in Scotland take place at the stunning Clyde Coast and Garnock Valley Crematorium or The Hurlet Crematorium.

In all cases, the cremation is performed by dedicated staff, who treat everyone with the same level of dignified, respect and care.
