Welcome to our crematoria
Saying goodbye to someone you love is never easy. We want you to feel completely sure they're in safe, caring hands. That's why we look after every step ourselves, including the cremation at one of our own crematoria set in beautiful parkland.
Gentle, respectful care from start to finish.
Having our own crematoria means we can guarantee the care your loved one receives at every step of their journey. From the moment we collect them to the day we return their ashes, they stay in Pure's care.
We collect your loved one in one of our private ambulances. They rest peacefully at our own mortuary, then travel to one of our crematoria. When the time comes, we return their ashes to you personally, by hand.
We have the picturesque Barnby Moor in Nottinghamshire, the award-winning Birches Park in Cheshire, and the impeccable Charlton Park in Hampshire.
All of our crematoria staff are highly trained, chosen for their empathy and professionalism and work to the highest standards – and our aim is to offer the best quality cremation facilities and service in Britain.

Would you like to be there?
A pure cremation is a funeral without a ceremony at the crematorium. It gives you the freedom to say goodbye in your own way, at a time and place that feels right.
If you'd like to be there, you can gather at one of our crematoria before the cremation. It could be a full service, a short committal or a quiet moment with a few close family members.
We'll gladly talk you through your options, simply and clearly. Just call us whenever you're ready.
What families say

"What a beautiful and peaceful location where we had a lovely personal experience for our loved one. Can't recommend it highly enough." – Susanne, on Barnby Moor
"Set in the beautiful Cheshire countryside. Our first impressions were of a modern, immaculately presented building, and gardens that brought crematoriums into the 21st century." – Sheridan, on Birches Park
Are you a funeral director?
We welcome funeral directors from across the region to our crematoria. You'll find booking information, facilities and trade details on our funeral director site.
Complete peace of mind
You can ask us about anything that matters to you. We want you to have complete confidence in the care your loved one receives, the identity of the ashes that are returned and even how we manage our impact on the planet.
Thoughtful technology
Every step of your loved one's journey is carefully recorded via a hospital-standard system. This means we can always give you accurate information about their care and present location.
Tangible reassurance
We use a ceramic token to confirm the identity of each set of ashes. This token is presented within the biodegradable ashes container so you can be sure the correct ashes have been returned to you.
Environmentally aware
We use the latest cremation and filtration equipment to ensure that the air emitted from our crematorium is extremely clean. We’ve chosen a cellulose ashes container instead of using plastic urns and we consider the way we consume and conserve energy throughout the business. Carbon Footprint Report 2022
