Qualifying customers who purchase a Pure Cremation funeral plan will receive an Afternoon Tea for Two experience.

To say thank you for choosing Britain’s favourite funeral plan, qualifying customers will be able to receive a complimentary Afternoon Tea for Two experience at participating venues.

  1. The Promoter is Pure Cremation Funeral Planning Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 09906976), whose registered office is at Charlton Park Crematorium, Andover, Hampshire, SP11 0TA.
  2. This promotion is managed on the Promoter’s behalf by The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited (“MLP”), (Company number 06467245), whose registered office is at The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire, United Kingdom, WA4 4PG. MLP are, as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679), the Data Processor and Pure Cremation Funeral Planning Limited will be required to pass some of your personal information to The Marketing Lounge Partnership to fulfil the Offer. By accepting the Offer, you agree to give consent for this information to be shared.
  3. Qualifying customers who purchase a Pure Cremation funeral plan between 1st July 2025 and 31st August 2025, direct with Pure Cremation will be eligible to receive a complimentary Afternoon Tea for Two experience at participating venues (The “Gift”).
  4. Your plan must be active for 3 months before becoming eligible for your Gift. If the plan is cancelled within 3 months of purchase, the customer will no longer be eligible for the Gift.
  5. You will be contacted up to 15 days after those 3 months, with details on how to claim your Gift. Therefore, please wait three-and-a-half months after buying your plan to receive your Gift information.
  6. The Gift may be fulfilled either by email or post depending on the details provided. If the customer provided an email address when purchasing the plan, then the Gift will be emailed. If a postal address was the only contact information provided, then the Gift will be posted.
  7. Customers who have only supplied their postal address, will receive a posted ‘It’s time to claim’ letter, which contains a tear-off claim form at the bottom, allowing the eligible customer to tick a box and confirm they’d like their Gift (“Offline Claim Form”). It is the customer’s responsibility to return the completed Offline Claim Form to MLP, via the freepost mailing address, which will be detailed on the Offline Claim Form. Eligible customers will be required to provide and utilise their own envelope. Postal customers can expect to receive their Gift information pack via post within 28 days of returning the completed Offline Claim Form to MLP.
  8. Customers who have used the Offline Claim Form will receive a Gift information pack within 28 days of returning the completed Offline Claim Form to MLP. The Gift information pack will include a letter containing details on how to book the Afternoon Tea for Two, including the customers unique Booking Code and the Gift expiry date. The pack will also include the Afternoon Tea for Two brochure, which highlights some of the available Afternoon Tea venues. A link will be provided to the Afternoon Tea website where customers can browse the full list of venues available. Gift bookings strictly cannot be made prior to receiving your Gift information pack
  9. Customers who have supplied an email address, will receive a ‘It’s time to claim’ email directing them to a claim website hosted by MLP, where they will be prompted to confirm they’d like to receive the Gift. Email customers can expect to receive their Gift information via email within 48 hours of confirming via the claim website.
  10. Customers who used the claim website, will receive a Gift information email within 48 hours of making their claim via the claim website. The Gift email will include a link to the Gift information page. The Gift information page will include details on how to book the Afternoon Tea for Two, including the customers unique Booking code and the Gift expiry date. The page will include a link to the Afternoon Tea website, where customers can browse the full list of venues available. Gift bookings strictly cannot be made prior to receiving your Gift information pack.
  11. You will have 60 days to claim your Gift from the date the ‘It’s time to claim’ communication is sent.
  12. After receiving the Gift information pack/email and following the steps provided, customers will be prompted to call the My Rewards Central Reservations Department to make their Afternoon Tea for Two booking. Bookings can only be made via the My Rewards Central Reservations line, any bookings made directly with the venue are not eligible.
  13. Afternoon Tea for Two venues are subject to availability and further information can be found within the Afternoon Tea for Two terms and conditions – these terms and conditions can be found within the Gift information pack upon receipt of the Gift.
  14. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time. Any amendments to our terms and conditions will be published on this page.
  15. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer of the complimentary Gift to any person we believe has attempted to obtain by fraudulent means.
  16. The Gift cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
  17. The Afternoon Tea for Two Gift excludes any costs incurred that are incidental to the redemption of the Gift including but not limited to additional purchases, travel or spending money to redeem the Gift or personal expenses.
  18. Customers must follow the offer instructions to be eligible for their Gift. For example, if we ask a customer to quote a Booking Code when calling, that Booking Code must be given, otherwise the customer will not be eligible for the gift.
  19. MLP will gather personal data from customers when making the Gift booking on behalf of the Eligible Customer. Personal data shall only be disclosed to those third parties who require it for the purposes of this Gift booking (i.e. chosen Afternoon Tea venue) and will not be disclosed to any other third parties without the explicit consent of the customers concerned. By booking with MLP, eligible Customers will be asked to provide consent at their discretion, to their data being shared with their chosen Afternoon Tea venue.
  20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
