We’re very proud to say that all of the fees within the plan are FULLY GUARANTEED so your family will never be asked to pay a penny more to carry out your wishes.
Now you don’t need to worry about any increases in cremation fees or the cost of the doctors’ certificates – we’ll take care of everything.
If your relatives decide to go ahead with a traditional funeral you can rest assured that the money within your plan (less the original admin fee) will be made available to contribute towards these costs.
They will need to provide the Trust with an invoice and a death certificate (or equivalent) so that the money can be released.
If the current service provider (Pure Cremation Ltd) goes out of business the Trust will appoint a new provider and write to each plan holder to offer two options:
- Keep the plan active with the new provider in place
- A refund (your initial payment less the original admin fee)
The Trust holding the funds is not a business, it is a completely separate organisation dedicated to the care of plan holders’ funds. The FPA has registered the Pure Cremation Funeral Plan because it meets their exacting standards for the protection of plan holders’ interests.
